Step 4: Test Extensively
Run the agent alongside the human process for two weeks. Compare outputs. Catch edge cases. Refine the logic.
Step 5: Deploy with Guardrails
Start with human review on critical decisions. As confidence grows, reduce oversight. Keep audit logs so you can trace any decision the agent makes.
Example: New Client Onboarding SOP to Agent
SOP says: When deal closes, create client folder, send welcome email, schedule intro call, assign project manager, set up billing.
Agent does: Monitors CRM for deal status change. Creates folder structure. Sends personalised welcome email from template. Checks PM availability and assigns. Books intro call in both calendars. Sets up recurring invoice in accounting software. Sends internal notification with client brief.
