Most custom software agencies charge a deposit before writing a single line of code. We don't. We believe you should see exactly what you're getting before you commit — and that the system should demonstrably save you more than it costs.

All systems are hosted on your own domain. For example, an internal ops tool might live at admin.yourbusiness.com

Pricing is scoped per project. These are starting points — complexity, integrations, and custom requirements will be reflected in your quote.

All third-party costs — subscriptions, API usage, hosting — are covered directly by the client. This keeps your system costs transparent and under your control.

Web applications aren't set-and-forget. Platforms update, APIs change, and your business evolves. Ongoing management means your system stays running, maintained, and adapted as you grow.

Retainer includes team onboarding so your staff can hit the ground running. If you prefer to manage without a retainer, ad-hoc support is available at £250/hr.

Note: AI and automation integrations added during a retainer period incur an additional £200/month per integration.

   Tell us what you need

   A quick conversation to understand your business and where the biggest friction is. If you're happy with the direction and indicative pricing, we move forward.

2. 02

   Fill out the Builder form

   You complete our intake form at orcascale.co/builder. This gives us the detail we need to scope and design your system accurately.

3. 03

   We build your demo — free

   Within 3–7 days we build and host a working front-end demo of your system. You get 14 days to review it, test it, and ask questions. No payment required at this stage.

4. 04

   Refine and agree scope

   We discuss any tweaks, additions, or changes. Anything within the original scope is adjusted at no extra cost. Additional features are quoted transparently before we proceed.

5. 05

   First milestone payment

   Once you're satisfied with the system design, the first payment covers delivery of the complete, fully functional build.

6. 06

   Delivery and testing

   We deliver the full system and you have 14 days to test it. Any changes within the agreed requirements are made for free during this window. AI and automation features are added in this phase once the core system is stable.

7. 07

   Final payment and handover

   Remaining balance is settled on delivery. We onboard your team and move into your chosen management arrangement — retainer or ad-hoc.
