How much does it cost? +
Depends entirely on what you need – we don't do package pricing. After a call we'll give you a clear quote, line by line. What we can say honestly: most clients save more in the first year than the system costs to build. If that maths doesn't work for you, we'll tell you.
How long does a build take? +
First working version: 3–7 days. Full production system: typically 2–8 weeks. We'd rather set a timeline we can beat than one we have to apologise for.
Can it actually use AI – not just a chatbot? +
Yes, and this is one of the things we're genuinely good at. Document processing, anomaly detection, decision support, content generation, predictive analytics – properly integrated into the workflow, not stuck in a chat window. We also build systems where AI handles the volume and your team reviews what matters.
Is it secure? +
Security goes in from day one – not bolted on at the end. Role-based access, encrypted storage, authenticated APIs, audit logging. If you're in legal, finance or healthcare, we add the relevant compliance layers. You own your data. Always.
Can you automate our marketing too? +
